Volunteering at the Reading Room

The Reading Room has been and will remain a project of the students, by the students, for the students. Tens of students have already put in hours at the Reading Room library and some of them have become permanent members of the library’s management team.

The type of work you will do as a volunteer ranges from registering, labeling and color-coding books to handling the loans and returns and contributing ideas and solutions to the general project.

The teams of volunteers are currently coordinated by Dr. Lorelei Caraman.

If you are an English major or minor and would like to volunteer your time, contact us at library@reading-room.ro or come visit us at the Reading Room or the English Department during open hours.
